Each week, we carefully curate a selection of 3-4 exceptional natural wines for you to taste and enjoy. Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or just beginning your journey into the world of natural wines, Flight Night offers a welcoming and relaxed environment to sip, savor, and learn.

NATURAL WINE IS WINE WITHOUT CRAP IN IT. Natural wine, also referred to as “low intervention” wine, is both a product (tasty wine) and a movement of wine producers committed to simple and traditional methods.

With Side Saddle Provisions, we take pride in presenting a collection that showcases the craftsmanship of some of the finest producers, allowing you to savor the true, unfiltered spirit of the vine.
Side Saddle Wine Saloon is a tribute to the women pioneers who have shaped the world of wine and spirits. Throughout history, women have been at the forefront of creating and perfecting beverages in cultures across the globe. From crafting chicha, the traditional Peruvian fermented corn juice, to distilling the first batches of Kentucky Bourbon, women were the original innovators in the industry.
