Since FiNCA’s first days at its flagship West End location, we’ve been dedicated to bringing you humanity’s finest—from the local roasters we partner with, to the skilled baristas who deliver your drinks with a smile—all stemming from the humble coffee bean. That’s what it’s all about! In fact, FiNCA takes its name from the Spanish word for “farm,” inspired by our time working on a coffee farm in the highlands of Guatemala. 

At FiNCA, we believe that excellent coffee can do more than fuel your day. Here you’ll find an environment that fosters the sense of kinship, safety, and authenticity crucial to bettering the world around ourselves—not just for us, but for our community as well.

We recognize that we live in a society which frequently minimizes or dismisses our identities in the interest of the status quo, but as a queer, woman-owned company, we understand not just the importance of seeing and being seen, but the damage caused by erasure. We want you to show up as yourself, and we encourage our staff and partners to do the same.
